ترجمہ اور تفسير سورہ الم نشرح

﷽
أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ﴿1﴾
کیا ہم نے آپ کی خاطر آپ کا سینہ کھول نہیں دیا۔
وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ ﴿2﴾
اور آپ سے وہ بھاری بوجھ اتار دیا۔
الَّذِي أَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ﴿3﴾
جس سے آپ کی پیٹھ کو گراں بار کررکھا تھا۔
وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ﴿4﴾
اور ہم نے آپ كے ذکر کو رفعت اور بقائے دوام عطا فرمائی۔
فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿5﴾
پس یہ واقعہ ہے کہ ہر مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی ہے۔
إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿6﴾
یقینا ہر مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی ہے۔
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ ﴿7﴾
لہذاجب آپ فارغ ہوں تو (عبادت میں) مشقت اٹھائیے۔
وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ ﴿8﴾
اور اپنے پروردگار کی طرف رغبت کیجئے۔
Transliteration
Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem
- Alam nashrah laka sadrak
- Wa wa d’ana ‘anka wizrak
- Allazee anqada zahrak
- Wa raf ‘ana laka zikrak
- Fa inna ma’al usri yusra
- Inna ma’al ‘usri yusra
- Fa iza faragh ta fansab
- Wa ilaa rabbika far ghab
Translation
With the name of Allah, the All-Merciful, the Very-Merciful.
- Have We not caused your bosom to be wide open for you?
- And We removed from you your burden
- that had (almost) broken your back,
- and We raised high your name.
- So, undoubtedly, along with the hardship there is ease.
- Undoubtedly, along with the hardship there is ease.
- So, when you are free (from collective services) , toil hard (in worship) ,
- and towards your Lord turn with eagerness.
