In Islam, supplications (Du’a) hold great importance. Du’a is considered the root and foundation of worship (‘Ibadah). Allah Almighty also desires that His servants supplicate to Him. He is pleased with the servants who pray to Him, accepts their supplications, fulfills their needs, grants them forgiveness, and blesses them with progress. Therefore, every Muslim should make it a routine to recite supplications daily. In this article, we mention extremely short Duas  that are taken from verses of the Quran and authentic Ahadith (Prophetic narrations).
