4 mashhoor aur Fames Imam: Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Shafayi, Imam Ahmad Bin Humbal aur in ke man ne walon ke yahan taraweeh 20 rakats hai, Sahaba ke zamane se ab tak usi par amal chala aa raha hai, log 20 rakats taraweeh padhte hain, yahi wajah hai ki khana kaba, (Masjid e Haram Makkah) aur Masjid e Nabwi (Madinah) me bhi 20 rakats hoti hai.
Kchh log taraweeh ko 8 rakats bata te hain, wah 8 rakats taraweeh padhte hain, sahaba se Taraweeh ke bare me alag alag hadisen hain: 8 rakas ki bhi aur 20 rakats ki bhi hain, un me bhi 20 rakats ke bare me jo riwayten hain wah zada sahi hain.
Ab hum sab se pahle app ko un riwayton ke bare me batate hain jin me 8 rakat ke bare me aaya hai aur un ki research bhi karte hain:
8 Rakas Ke Bare Me Hadisen
Jo ulma Taraweeh ko 8 rakat kahte hain un ko Hazrat Aaisha (R Z) ki us riwayat ne shubhe aur confusion me daal dia hai jis me yah aaya hai ki: Rasulullah (S A W) Ramazan aur Ramazan ke elawah dosre month me 11 rakats se zada nahi padhte the. yani 8 rakat taraweeh aur 3 rakat witr. (Sahih Bukhari: 1147, Sahih Muslim: 738)
Hadees Ka jayza
Is hadees ko bunyaad bana kar 8 rakat wale taraweeh ki namaz ko is par fit karna chahte hain, aur kahte hain ki taraweeh 8 rakats se zada nahi hai, lekin is hadees ka jayza lene ke baad yah clear ho jata hai ki is hadees ko taraweeh par fit karna sahi nahi, is hadees ke bare kuchh cheezen hum aap ko batate hain:
(1) Yah hadees Tahajjud ke bare me hai taraweeh se us ka koyi connation nahi hai kyun ki Hazrat Aaisha ne yah kaha hai ki: Huzoor (S A W) Ramazan ke elawah dosre month me bhi 11 rakats se zada nhi padhte the, Hazrat Aaisha ki is baat se saaf pata chalta hai ki wah app (S A W) ki taraweeh ke bare me nahi balki dosri namaz ke bare me bata rahi hain, aur wah namaz Tahajjud hai, kyun ki ramazan ke elawah dosre month me taraweeh sabit nahi hai, ramazan ke elawah dosre month me koyi taraweeh nahi padhta to pata chala ki yah hadees taraweeh ke bare me nahi balki tahajjud ki namaz ke bare me hai, lehaza is hadees ki wajah se agar koyi kahe ki taraweeh 8 rakats hai to us k baat sahi nahi hogi.
(2) Agar yah maan bhi liya jaye ki is hadees ka connection Taraweeh se hai to is se hargiz yah sabit nahi hota ki Huzoor (S A W) ne 8 rakats se zada Taraweeh nahi padhi, is liye ki Hazrat Aaisha ne Dosri riwayat me yah farmaya hai ki: Huzoor (S A W) 13 rakats padhte the (Sahih Bukhari: 1170) to phir yah kaise kaha ja saka hai ki taraweeh sirf 8 rakats hi hai.
(3) Hazrat Aaisha ki isi Hadees me aaya hai ki: Huzoor (S A W) 1 salm se witr ki 3 rakats padhte the.
Hadees ke is part me tawajjuh aur attention ki baat yah hai ki jo log taraweeh ko sirf 8 rakats batate hain wah khud usi hadees ke is dosre part par amal nahi karte, otherwise Ramazan wah log sirf 1 rakat Witr padhte hain, by chance agar 3 rakats padhte bhi hain to 2 salam ke sath, ab aap hi batayen ki hadees ke ek part ko man na dosre ko na man na kahan tak sahi hai.
8 Rakats Ke Bare Me Hazrat Jabir Ki Hadees
Taraweeh ko 8 rakats man ne walon ki dosri daleel Hazrat Jabir Bin Abdullah ki riwayat hai jis me unhon ne kaha hai ki: Rasulullah (S A W) ne hamare sath Ramazan ke month me 8 rakats aur witr padhi hain. (Sahih Ibn e Khuzaimah: 1070, Sahih Ibn e Hibban: 2409)
Hazrat Jabir Ki Is Hadees Ka jayza
Is Riwayat me aage yah hai ki Huzoor (S A W) dosri raat me apne room se bahar nahi aaye aur hum sab aap ka wait kar rahe the, jab ki Hazrat Aaisha ki Riwayat jo Bukhari Muslim me hai us me 3 raaton me aana aur padhna aur chauthi raat me room se bahar na aane ka zikr hai, (Sahih Bukhari: 924, Sahih Muslim: 761) in dono ke elawah dosre sahaba se bhi bhi ramazan ke month me Huzoor (S A W) ki namaz ke bare me riwayten hain lekin Hairat ki baat yah hai ki Hazrat Jabir ke elawah kisi ki riwayat me in rakats ki numbering ka zikr nahi hai, is liye yah zaruri maloom hua ki Hazrat Jabir ki is riwayat par research ki jaye, hum ne is riwayat par research kia, research me jo cheez saamne aayi wah number wise bata rahe hain:
(1) Is riwayat me ek raawi (Hadees Bayan karne wala) Isa Bin Jariah hain, jin ke about Hadith ke mahir logon me se zada logon ne un ki hadees ko sahi nahi mana hai, yani wah zayeef hain. See for more details: (Tahzeebul Kamaal: 22/288-291, Tahzeebut Tahzeeb: 8/207, Meezanul Etidaal: 3/310-311)
(2) Rakats ki numbering yani 8 rakats ko yah raawi tanha aur akele bayan karte hain, aur koyi nahi bayan kar raha hai, jab ki is subject ki dosri hadisen bhi hain aur un me numbering nahi hai.
(3) Hazrat Jabir ki hadees ki tayeed aur help dosre sahaba ki hadison se bhi nahi ho rahi hai, Hazrat Aaisha aur Hazrat Abu Zar ki bhi hadisen isi tarah hain lekin un me numbering aur rakats ka zikr nahi hai.
(4) Hadith ki language me is jaisi hadees ko “Mukar” kahte hain, yani us se kisi masle ko sabit karna sahi nahi hai. Pata chala ki Hazrat Jabir ki yah riwayat aisi nahi hai jis par amal kia jaye.
Note: 8 rakats se related aur bhi kuchh hadisen hain lekin wah bhi zayeef hain.
Taraweeh Ki 20 Rakats Se Related Hadisen
20 rakats se related bahut si hadisen hain jin ko hum number wise zikr kar rahe hain:
(1) Hazrat Abdullah Bin Abbas (R Z) se riwayat hai ki Rsulullah (S AW) Ramazan ke month me 20 rakats aur Wir padhte the. (Musannaf Ibn e Abi Shaibah: 7692, Musnad e Abd Bin Humaid: 653)
Note: yah hadees sanad se related agarche zayeef hai (yani us me kamzoor raawi hai) lekin sahaba aur puri ummat ka 20 rakats par amal us ki tayeed aur help kar raha hai, jis ki wajah is par amal kiya jaye ga.
(2) Sayeb Bin Yazeed kahte hain ki: Hazrat Umar ke zamane me ramazan ke month me log 20 rakats padhte the. (Al Sunanul Kubra By Imam Baihaqi: 4288, Musnad e Ibn e Jaad: 2825)
Note: Is hadees ke sare raawi sahi hain.
(3) Yazeed Bin Rooman kahte hain ki: Log Hazrat Umar ke zamane me 23 rakats padhte the. (yani 20 rakats Taraweeh aur 3 rakats witr. (Muaata Imam Malik: 380)
Note: Yah Hadees mursal hai, lekin Imam Malik ka mursal bhi bahut important hota hai.
Mursal: Un hadison ko jin ke beech se gape ho 1 ya 2 raawi chhot gaye hon.
(4) Yahya Bin Sayeed kahte hain ki: Hazrat Umar ne ek Sahabi ko Hukm dia ki wah logon ko 20 rakats padhye. (Musannaf Ibn e Shiba: 7682)
Note: Yah hadees bhi mursal hai lekin us ki sanad Mazboot hai
(5) Abdul Aziz Bin Rufai kahte hain ki: Obai Bin Kab Ramazan ke month me logo 20 rakats aur 3 rakats witr padhte the. (Musannaf Ibn e Shiba: 7684)
Note: yah bhi mursal hai magar us ki sanad mazboot hai
Note 2: In sari riwayaton me gaur karne baad yah pata chalta hai ki 20 rakats wali riwayten hi sahi hain, agar che un me se aksar zayeef hain lekin mila jula kar un se 20 rakats ka suboot ho jata hai, aur isi par puri dunya ke musalmano ka amal hai, aur haramain sharifain me bhi bhi 20 rakats taraweeh hoti hai.
